Obiettivi
Gli strumenti del web partecipativo (o web 2.0) sono ornai elementi consolidati di un piano marketing, specialmente nei settori che si rivolgono al consumatore finale. il marketing con i social media costituisce un importante strumento di comunicazione e di auto-promozione, ancora più importante per attivare le community di interesse come quelle che si polarizzano intorno a un brand o un prodotto. Questa giornata di formazione vuole evidenziare le potenzialità del web 2.0 nell’ambito delle attività di comunicazione e di marketing, specificamente nel caso delle piccole e medie imprese, in modo da fornire al cliente tutti gli strumenti necessari per definire e comprendere un piano di marketing e comunicazione online.
Metodologia e durata
Il corso sarà realizzato mediante una lezione frontale della durata di 4 ore, accompagnata dalla valutazione in aula dei siti web e dei social network più rappresentativi. A supporto dell’efficacia didattica verranno utilizzati gli opportuni strumenti tecnologici necessari (iPad, iPhone, Android).
Il corso “Social Media per il Business” è il modulo base, necessario per accedere ai corsi successivi, specifici per il singolo settore.
Docenti
Alessandro Mininno si occupa di strategie di marketing innovative, design & comunicazione. Lavora nell’ambito della consulenza dal 2001 ed è esperto di diritto della proprietà intellettuale e management della cultura. È stato l’assistente nel 2003 e 2004 presso l’Università Commerciale L.Bocconi, ha insegnato al Master sul Patrimonio Industriale dell’Università di Padova, allo IUAV di Venezia (2009) e San Marino (2010), è docente Fondimpresa sugli argomenti collegati al Social Media Marketing.
Fabrizio Martire lavora su strumenti collaborativi 2.0 e su strategie viral per il social media marketing. Ha una forte passione per la rete, ne ricerca trend ed innovazioni. Docente di web marketing e social network presso il master “Nuovi Media Nuove Persone” di Accademia Santa Giulia, condivide esperienze ed alcuni casi studio (social media marketing / enterprise 2.0) sul suo blog personale.
